1What do your websites cost?
Our pricing structure depends on multiple factors. To get a better idea of the estimated costs involved, send us your phone number and we will call you to ask a few questions about your project. Questions include the required features, design, interactivity and the website functionality you will need for your business website. It is important to know whether or not you would like to sell online through your website. After this short discussion, we should be able to give you a baseline number. If you’re still interested, we’ll be happy to develop a comprehensive proposal that outlines the scope, process and costs.

3Can I See My Website While It's In Progress?
Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We build your website on our development server, and provide you with a link, username and password so that you can log in and monitor the progress of your site. During this phase, we encourage your feedback if something isn't quite the way you envisioned it or if you've changed your mind. Once your site is ready and you have provided your approval, we release it live on your server.
4How Many Changes Can I Make To My Site Without Additional Cost?
We give as much latitude as we possibly can. After you've identified the general format and color schemes of your preferred design, we'll complete up to 2 rounds of major revisions at no charge. All minor revisions are provided at no charge.
5Are your sites mobile-friendly?
Yes. Every site we have built since 2010 has been mobile-friendly. The method we use to achieve this is known as responsive design, which ensures that the site works well on a wide variety of screen sizes, from smartphones and tablets through to small and large desktop monitors.
6Will I be able to make changes to the site after it is completed?
Yes. We use WordPress to build our sites and this powerful content management system allows anyone with good computer skills to make changes to their own website. We provide manual documentation for each project so our clients can handle their website for minor changes. We always remain available to make changes for you, if you don’t have time or you need more complex changes.

Ecommerce Solutions

1What Is Involved In Setting Up An eCommerce Website?
You'll need a site design and the usual functional elements of a website, such as a contact form. For standard eCommerce functionality, you will need several additional components: an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, a merchant account, a payment gateway, a back-end database for processing orders and storing customer information, and a shopping cart solution. QR can help you with all of these items.
2I'm Only Selling A Few Products. Can You Set Me Up With PayPal?
Yes. If you only have a handful of products, you can use PayPal for payment processing. However, you should understand that your customers will be directed to PayPal's site while placing their order. Also, as your sales grow, it will become more economical to switch to a standard merchant plan.
3Is An SSL For A Domain Name Also Valid For Its Sub-Domains?
No, unless you get a wildcard certificate, the SSL certificate is only valid for the one exact domain or the sub-domains that are registered with it. If you require an SSL for a many sub-domain, then the sub-domain has to be on a dedicated IP address.

2What is Client's involvement in design process?
we listen to our clients from the start. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have to help us get an idea of style before starting to work with new clients. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain colors and fonts before work continues. Once the design project is ready for print we will submit a final proof for the customer’s approval before submitting to production. Once a job is in production, the job cannot be canceled. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats if payment was made for design services.
3Do you work urgent basis?
We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is however, a rush fee may be added. Call us to find out.
4Who has the copy rights of all files?
You do, We don’t attempt to retain any rights on the work, although we do like to use what we have created for you to give our portfolio a boost. We believe in making EVERY project a portfolio piece.
5How will I receive my designs project once it is finished?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on Dropbox, or through e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
6Do I get a source file of designs once created?
YES, you get EPS (vector) / PSD, jpeg, png. Our logo design can be used to complete stationery and brand marketing – including business card, letterhead, envelopes, brochure design, websites, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, email marketing, mailing labels, presentation folders, and any other designs your business may require.

4How long are your contracts?
All of our contracts come with our “cancel anytime guarantee” and are usually 6 months in length. There is an exit fee for canceling before the completion of the contract term.

Though an advertising budget is not needed, it is highly suggested. An advertising budget allows us to quickly leverage the data that Facebook, Twitter, and Google have on your target audience, reach thousands of people, grow your following and dramatically increase your awareness and sales for a very low cost. Without advertising, this process will take months. With advertising, the process takes hours.
